Serving as a thought leader and subject matter expert in diversity, equity, and inclusion work and disability awareness and representation. I am an expert in intersectionality awareness, empathetic leadership, and executive coaching to improve diversity initiatives and strategies. With over ten years of Management Consulting experience and expertise in project management, content development, communications analytics and strategy, brand strategy, brand architecture and digital content management. In addition to client service and strategy. With my personal experience as a member of the disability community, and work to educate and engage the conversation about intersectionality, I work to help develop environments where community members can exist and work despite struggles and challenges. With inclusivity as the top priority in the ever-changing work environments, I work to bridge the gap between persons who are historically underrepresented and their workplace, promoting dialogues of wholistic accommodations and support, for persons of diverse background to receive the support needed and each phase, and level of their career journey.
